É sempre uma altura do ano particularmente especial para Felipe e Letizia, Príncipes das Astúrias. Em Outubro é tempo de rumar a Oviedo no norte de Espanha para a entrega anual dos Prémios Príncipe de Astúrias. Estes Prémios entregues desde 1981 pela Fundação Príncipe das Astúrias distinguem individualidades que tenham promovido, de alguma maneira os valores científicos, culturais e humanísticos  enquanto património universal. Desde 2004 que estes prémios têm um sabor especial, já que desde ai o Príncipe Felipe se faz acompanhar da sua esposa, Letizia, natural de Oviedo. É pois sempre uma Letizia radiante e descontraída que vemos nesta cerimónia.

Este ano, os rumores acerca de uma terceira gravidez rodearam o casal real, que indiferente a tudo isso, mostrou perante a região que lhes dá o título, todo o amor e cumplicidade que os une!

This always a time of year particularly special for Felipe and Letizia, Princes of Asturias. October is time to head to Oviedo in northern Spain for the annual delivery of the Prince of Asturias Awards. These awards given since 1981 by the Prince of Asturias Foundation distinguished personalities who have promoted somehow  ​​scientific, cultural and humanistic values as universal heritage. Since 2004, these awards have a special touch, since Prince Felipe is accompanied of his wife, Letizia, a native of Oviedo. It is therefore an always radiant and relaxed Letizia we see on this event.

This year, the rumors about a third pregnancy surrounded the royal couple, who indifferent to all that, showed before the region that gives them the title, all the love and complicity that unites them!

Let´s take a look at Princess Letizia style on the 2013 Editios of the Prince of Asturias Awards.

Dia1/Day1

Á chegada a Oviedo, os herdeiros da coroa espanhola foram recebidos com chuva e saudades por vários populares. No Hotel de la Reconquista, o casal foi recebido por vários representantes governamentais de Oviedo e compareceu a cinco audiências.

Upon their arrival in Oviedo, the heirs to the Spanish crown were greeted with rain and by many populars. At the Hotel de la Reconquista, the couple was received by various government representatives of Oviedo and attended at five audiences.

Letizia escolheu um vestido em tons cinza e branco da Hugo Boss para o primeiro dia em Oviedo que combinou com um casaco de malha preto. Como acessórios a futura rainha de Espanha optou por uma mala de mão preta, modelo Fanila, também da Hugo Boss e uns sapatos Magrit pretos. Minimalista em jóias a princesa optou por uns discretos brincos de diamantes.

Letizia chose a dress in shades of gray and white from Hugo Boss for the first day in Oviedo that she matched with a black cardigan. As accessories the future Queen of Spain chose a black handbag, model Fanila model, also from Hugo Boss and Magrit black heels. Minimalist regarding jewelry the princess opted for a discrete pair of diamond earrings.

Depois das audiências, Felipe e Letizia compareceram ao Concerto dos Prémios Príncipe das Astúrias, no auditório Príncipe Felipe. A Orquestra Sinfónica das Astúrias e o Coro da Fundação Príncipe das Astúrias  sobre a direcção do maestro Jonas Alber, interpretaram peças de Richard Wagner em homenagem aos 200 anos do nascimento do compositor. 

After the hearings, Felipe and Letizia attended the Concert of the Prince of Asturias Awards,  at the Prince Felipe Auditorium. The Asturias Symphony Orchestra and the Choir of the Prince of Asturias Foundation under the direction of conductor Jonas Alber, interpreted parts of Richard Wagner in honor of the 200th anniversary of the composer's birth.

Para o concerto, Letizia surpreendeu com este vestido casaco de Felipe Varela em seda preto. Para muitos uma peça demasiado curta. Para mim um look nocturno que tem tudo de bonito: simplicidade, elegância, sofisticação e postura. A princesa estava radiante com acessórios pretos e um par de brincos de ouro branco e diamantes que deu o toque de brilho final a um um visual total black.

For the concert, Letizia surprised with this dress coat in black silk by Felipe Varela. For many a piece too short. For me an evening look that has everything I think is beautiful: simplicity, elegance, sophistication and poise. The princess was absolutely splendid with black accessories and a pair of white gold earrings with diamonds which gave the final sparkling touch to a total black look.

Dia 2 / Day 2

Na manhã seguinte Felipe e Letizia receberam em audiência os galardoados desta ano, no Hotel de la Reconquista. Presente na fotografia também esteve a Rainha Sofia.

On the next morning Felipe and Letizia received in audience the winners of this year at the Hotel de la Reconquista. On the picture was also Quenn Sofia.

Letizia voltou a usar o vestido bordeaux Felipe Varela que usou no Dia Nacional uma semana antes. Completou o look com sapatos Magrit a condizer.

Letizia again wore the Felipe Varela bordeaux lace dress, she wore in the National Day the week before. She completed the look with matching Magrit shoes.

Na chegada à Plaza del Teatro, a rainha e os Príncipes das Astúrias foram recebidos pelo Alcaide de Oviedo e pelo Presidente da Fundação Príncipe das Astúrias e outras individualidades locais. A Rainha Sofia dirigiu-se posteriormente para o Balcão de Honra enquanto o casal da Coroa acederam ao interior do teatro pela entrada central, após anúncio da sua chegada, e ocuparam o seu lugar na mesa presidencial. Depois da interpretação do Hino Nacional, pelo Conjunto de Gaitas "Ciudad de Oviedo", o príncipe declarou aberta a entrega dos Prémios Príncipes das Astúrias 2013. On arrival at the Plaza del Teatro, the Queen and the Princes of Asturias were received by the Mayor of Oviedo and the President of the Prince of Asturias Foundation and other local individualities.  Queen Sofia went later to the Honour Balcony inside the theater as the Crown Couple entered the interior of the theater by the central entrance, after announcement of their arrival, and taken their place in the presidential table. After the interpretation of the national anthem by the hornpipe group"Ciudad de Oviedo", the prince declared open the Princes of Asturias Awards 2013. This year's winners can be found here.

Para a Cerimónia de entrega dos Prémios, Letizia apareceu deslumbrante num vestido verde de seda veronés e bordado a cristais de jade, uma criação de Felipe Varela. A completar o look, uma pochette também verde e sapatos em camurça verde Magrit. A princesa optou por um favorecedor penteado e uns lindíssimos brincos de brilhantes, ao que tudo indica, novos.

For the Awards Ceremony, Letizia appeared in a stunning green Veronés silk dress embroidered with  jade crystals, a creation by Felipe Varela. To complete the look she wore a pochette also green and green suede shoes by Magrit. The princess opted for a flattering hairstyle and a gorgeous pair of diamond earrings,that seems new to me.

Se eu tivesse que descreve a presença de Letizia este ano nas Astúrias eu escolheria quatro (ou cinco) palavras: sorriso, elegância, sofisticação e.... Felipe (os dois da sua vida).

If I had to describe the presence of Letzia in Asturias this year I would choose four (or five) words: smile, elegance, sophistication ....and  Felipe (the two of her life).

A edição deste ano tem ainda mais um toque especial. Passam 10 anos desde o primeiro encontro registado pelas câmaras fotográficas do Príncipe Felipe com a então jornalista Letizia Ortiz, neste mesmo evento em 2003. A relação entre ambos ainda não era conhecida. Nove dias depois seria anunciado o noivado do Príncipe das Astúrias. Um momento para recordar.

This year event has one more special touch. Over 10 years since the first meeting recorded by the cameras between Prince Felipe and the, at the time, journalist Letizia Ortiz, on this same event in 2003. Their relationship was not yet known. Nine days later would be announced the engagement of Prince of Asturias. A moment to remember.
